About
I start with a question,
not a brief.
I'm Kritika — a designer trained in textiles, now working across experience, service and systems design.
I came to interaction design through material. Textile design taught me that structure is invisible until it fails: a weave holds because of rules you never see. I've been chasing that same idea ever since — in services, in interfaces, in the systems people move through without noticing.
Currently completing my M.Des at IIT Guwahati, where most of my work sits at the seam between research and making: talking to people, mapping what's actually happening, then building something small enough to test.
I'm most useful early — when the problem is still shapeless and the interesting questions haven't been asked yet.
